Our quarantine tip for today, is a well worn out activity that I'm sure we've all done during quarantine already. Tie Dye! You just need a pack and a white t shirt!
Crying is a natural response to the world. Yet, here we are insisting it takes place behind closed doors, and it is something we should be embarrassed about.
The first sip of coffee holds within it a sense of expectation. It is tired, bleary eyed and grumpy, yet still expectant of the day ahead.
