#21 Thursday Thoughts: What Has Been The Best Part of the First Half of 2021?

For us, it was taking up new hobbies and meeting new people. We will forever be grateful for that 🙂

What about you all?

Lots of love,

Katie & Evee

  1. Thank you for sharing!!… waking up on the green side of the grass and following my heart and my dreams… 🙂

    Until we meet again..
May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
    wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
    with joy that long endures.
    May all life’s passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!
    (Irish Saying)

  2. The gift of time has been the best part – time to reflect, time to write, time to read lovely blog posts and connect with others. I am grateful for that.

  3. Keeping up with walking even as restrictions in Kentucky were lifted! Good health to you lovely Brits!
    ❤️&🙏, c.a., an old Kentuckian

  4. Reading so many books (and hopefully reading even more in the second half of this year 😉)! But the best part: Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary with a great road trip … feeling really blessed to have spent quality time with my husband (and realise how much it mean to make time for our loved ones).

  5. 💜 For Me it was continuing My EEP!!! (Energetic Evolution Process!!!) a Big Part of which (WITCH!!! 🤔 ? ) was committing; specifically committing to Adding To, Modifying and Shedding Aspects of My Behaviour…in order To Be Kinder, More Compassionate and Caring via Civil, Polite, Courteous Conversation; meaning I Commit to NEVER!!! Swearing AT!!! SomeOne EVER!!! Again e.g. “FUCK OFF!!!” but I WILL!!! Be Continuing with Generalised Swearing, Cussing and Cursing, especially Under My Breath

    …💛💚💙…

  6. Hobbies and meeting new people enriches life. For me… a special trip with my daughter, a family trip, work that fulfills me, and (always) writing and dancing. 💖 Thanks for asking! 😊

  7. Reading books, sewing crafty gifts for friends and family and continuing to enjoy time spent with my husband binge-watching series and not feeling pressured to attend various social events and functions. I’m an introvert. 🙃

  8. Other than celebrating birthdays with my 3 girls and 3 grandkids, other family as well…I can’t think of anything that felt all that good. It’s been a very hard 2021…more like unreal. But…somehow I remain hopeful that something might happen for 2021 to end better. Well, I say that so people don’t go…”Omg, this depressing woman again”….lol.

    1. That is okay. You dont have to always be positive. There is strength in acknowledging things have been challenging, and there is peace knowing that your courageous heart has carried you through x sending you a hug Aimee xx
